Hi! I am ex-erac employee who is searching to hire a few Jr. Sales people for our office and we love ERAC people! We are a 10-year-old IT/Financial Services recruiting firm that has a great reputation across the region for being a "relationship" or "networking" based firm. In other words.. People matter to us and we have a great work/life balance. We are currently in growth mode and are searching for a few Jr. Sales Reps to add to our staff. We are a young firm with a great environment. We always have fun, but, we also know when to get down to business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a year or two out of college and wants to step into a company and career that offers a lot of growth potential. We are looking to add people who are motivated, smart, energetic and are eager to help us grow our account base here in North Dallas and maybe our St. Louis office. We need someone who isn't afraid of getting on the phone and making calls and meeting with potential clients. We can offer an attractive base plus the potential for weekly, monthly and quarterly bonuses (all in all.. you will be making more than your friends in one year). We have employee paid healthcare and 401K participation after the first 30 days. We are owned by a $300 million company, so we definitely have the backing for our continued success. If this is something that you would like to explore, or, think of someone else who might be interested..please email your resume to 1237.inno@hiredesk.net. Thanks!

I'm sorry - I guess I didn't explain the job well enough. I used to work at ERAC and I know how things are there. I actually found a really good company to work for and I thought I would reach out to fellow ERAC employees that are looking for a good career. When I say employee paid healthcare, I mean it. For example, I have Multiple Sclerosis and my company pays for all of my medication and ailments - which are VERY expensive (over $3k a month). If you want to find out more - no hidden agenda at all, you can email me at the address I supplied above. All we are looking for are Junior Sales people. It's a $2k a month base plus commission. I started hear over a year ago and I'm making a great income now and work for a company that I can actually go home at 5pm and spend time with my family. I just thought I would reach out and see if anyone would like to look into a new position. For those of you who are interested, I look forward to hearing from you.

Honey, just spell it out...what are the products or services your company sells? What exactly are the duties of your "junior salespeople"? Try and answser this quesntion with a YES or a NO: Does they have to do telemarketing or not? No one cares if you have multiple whatever, they just wants to know if it is a telemarkting job or not. __________________ Love, Your Favorite African-American Renter ----------------------------------- The word for today is REPARATIONS

My original posted stated - We are a recruiting firm in the IT and Financial Services industry. Companies hire us to help them find people for their open positions. Our sales position is working along side our VP of HR obtaining new clients. The position is a combination of inside and outside sales. Getting on the phone to get appointments to meet with HR executives face to face at these companies. You can visit our site at Innovative: Building Human Equity...One Hire at a Time.

I'm not sure where you get your information from, but we haven't had anyone leave our office in 2 years, unless they were being relocated for family reasons. To all of you who have applied, thank you so much. I'm overwhelmed with responses. I reached out in this community because I know all the stories that ERAC tells you and I actually found something that didn't tell stories, shot it straight, and it's all worked for the better. I've seen the stories that are fed, I just got lucky in a really good company, and I wanted to share it with others. If being a recruiter isn't your thing, still reach out to me, because we work with a lot of companies who always like to hire good ERAC people. Thanks!
