Out of 09EE a while ago. I hear that place has seen lots of turn-over and movement. Anyone else know the real deal out there who is not posing as an ex-employee?

Hey lets screw over the people that do want to take damage waiver to help out the branch manager’s paycheck per the branch manager. Here is an unoriginal idea to take them out to a car that has damage and just miss it altogether. When they come back say look good thing you had the damage waiver so we can write up a DX and not take a loss since we didn’t do a proper walk around the last time the car was returned. Be wise consumers so you can enjoy the benefits of the damage waiver.

I don't know why any news organization hasn't done an undercover report on ERAC, with the unethical sales and bogus damage, they would be great on 20/20.
