I am a year and half in and am an MA for the last few months and this is what I do and deal with everyday. So you dont bug me about it, I have made performance dinners for sales about half the months I have been around. I did consider myself bought in, but dont really know where I stand anymore. I think many ERACers can relate. I am at a very busy branch, about 200 to 300 cars and 7 employees including managers. |
