Hey I work in the 09DD region I was transferred to another office about two months ago. I was supposed to be transferred to the call back center at 0999 but instead I am working somewhere else. I had an in depth talk with my area manager and he assured me that when a branch manager was found because my previous manager quit that I could be transferred. Well that branch recieved a manager and now it is looking for another because the other one brought in was transferred out. I am a former IT tech I took a job with enterprise just to keep food on the table and pay a few bills that I could well in September it will be 4 years that I have been there and for whatever reason I can't seem to find another job. Hertz called about me being an MT with them but why would I jump from one Hell hole to another.

Whats going on former and current Enterprise employees. I cannot believe I got suckered into working for this BS company. Management lies to all the people on the low end of the totem pole to make them money. I washed cars in the 100+ Texas heat in a tie,took crap from idiot customers that probably didn't even have a high school education, lied to honest people to sell DW, and got paid $9.65 per hour after getting a college degree. My paychecks were depressing while I had upper management bragging to me about how much money they were making. I finally got the opportunity to get the hell out of that hell hole and now I make double the salary I was making at Enterprise. Management would tell me that most jobs out of school paid about $30,000 per year which is somewhat true but that is based on a 40 hour work week. At Enterprise I was working for $30,000 per year working about 60 hours per week. The only reason I stayed was because I had no chance to look for other opportunities because I was working 60 hours per week. I would not reccommend working for Enterprise because it is a scam to get cheap, overqualified labor for a low price with a promise to make more money. If anyone else feels this way, make sure you post it. Oh yeah, I got time to write this becuase at my new job, I have internet and I have the power to do whatever I want as long as I get my job done.

Don't go to Hertz. The employees are a little better than ERAC slime, but the same tired-ass customers will ruin your days bro. Rental car sucks, you are more qualified to do alot more.
