Are you talking about Laspisa. Is it true he was protecting some of his employees from getting fired so they made him leave? BF, JM and some other people in his deal?

I worked in two different groups, one was 10AA. Of the two, 10 was by far the worst. The people I worked with were great but its hard when the high ups keeps seeing what they can get away with. If no one complains, then they screw you some more. I work for a different company now and it is as if I was taken out of a bad orphanage to a loving new home.

I hate websites that bash companies but I agree that some changes need to be made. I also love the FAQ that asks "why do you keep going back?" and this guy says "its a short walk". We all know its cuz ERAC is the cheapest! Thats why all the crazys show up. To be honest with you, dealing with the nut bags was my favorite part of the job.

Default 1021 is an embarrassment Good People, Horrible Facility

Really, it is shocking to me that they have not taken a match or wrecking ball to that hole and started over again. I used to work in GP10 and moved to a different Group, and am shocked at just how embarrassing a facility it is.
ERAC does not invest anything in its facilities. There's nothing like seeing a well dressed man or woman in a suit working in a dirty, broke-down heap of an office.

I think they've been talking about getting on-site forever and a day. Give it up and invest in your people. Give them some pride and fix the place up.
