FAOUZI...I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR MET SUCH A SHIT STIRRER IN MY WHOLE LIFE. WHEN I WAS WORKING IN GROUP 10 HE WAS MY AREA MANAGER AND HE WOULD TRY TO KILL THE MORALE....WE ONCE HAD SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE WHO COORDINATED THE AREA OUTING AND HAD ALL THE ARRAGEMENTS MADE. (WE HADN'T HAD ONE IN THE YEAR AND HALF I HAD WORKED THERE PREVIOUSLY) ALL THIS PERSON NEEDED WAS A CC TO HOLD THE RESERVATION....FAOUZI THEN CHANGED HIS MIND AND TOLD US ALL POINT BLANK THAT WE HAD NOT MADE HIM ENOUGH MONEY AND THAT WE DIDN'T DESERVE EVEN THE SMALLEST OF OUTINGS (OUR AREA WAS GOING TO GO BOWLING) HE ALSO WOULD PROMISE PROMOTIONS IF WE WOULD RAT OUT ANY SHADY DEALS OUR BRANCH MANAGER DID OR ANY OTHER CO-WORKERS FOR THAT MATTER. YET OUR OFFICE HAD AT LEAST 3 DEALS FOR 30/DAYS OF RENTAL PLUS THAT WENT BAD THAT WERE DEALS HE DID WHILE MICRO-MANAGING OUR OFFICE. ANYHOW...THE ONLY SOLACE OUR AREA GOT IS THE IN A MATTER OF 2-3 MONTHS OUR AREA TURNOVER WAS SO HIGH THAT HE WAS PASSED OVER FOR A PAY RAISE (OR SO I'VE HEARD) IT GOT TO THE POINT THAT FAOUZI WAS PROMISING PROMOTIONS, CREATING NEW POSITIONS, AND FUDGING NUMBERS SO THAT PEOPLE COULD ACTUALLY BE PROMOTED AS LONG AS THEY PROMISED NOT TO QUIT. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT ONCE THE RESIGNATION BALL STARTED ROLLING IN OUR AREA EVERYONE WAS DENIED EXIT INTERVIEWS....I HAD TO CALL CORP. AND REQUEST ONE FROM HUMAN RESOURCES.
