Its true. Enterprise is at its demise. They can't keep employees. The ones that are there don't know how to run a branch. Pathetic.

That's what happens when you quit...you get your life back. No more 65 hour weeks not including mandatory "un-happy" Hours. No more kissing a$$ and being the top performer one week to being nothing the next. Working for a company that respects you and your ideas instead of bashing you and then when people quit saying they couldn't "hack it". hack what, it's work, it's renting cars. What is there to hack? Couldn't hack the abuse heaped upon you on a daily basis by customers and never getting management support? Couldn't hack washing cars in a suit when it's 90 degrees outside or shoveling out 15 cars after getting 3 feet of snow? Please, can you honestly tell me that you would want to hack that! I hack my current job just fine, make more then when I was a BM and work 35 hours a week, ot is anything over that. Work in a nice comfy office, wear business casual and even jeans on some days. Taking days off, no problem. And when I take a day off it's my day, no ARM calling me on my cell to ask some dumb ass question. You E-Drones are the ones that can't hack reality and a real job.

Hey group 10! I started in your group back in 04... now I'm across the country ... still working for ERAC. Trust me... group 10 is great compared to the group I'm in now! However I will never miss working at 1021.... and being a ticket B#@#$.

A lot of people complained about working there. I remember when I first started in Group 10 in the late 1990s, that was the stepping stone to great things. As time when on, it was still advertised as such, but people got stuck there. That's tough on the career when your some of your peers at the other branches are doing more.

Just to clarify, I was referring to 1021, not Group 10 as a whole.

Anyone been there long enough to remember Andrea "Big Tit" Mcniff???

She had some kind of scandal with Jeff Drew when he was an Area Manager and married.
Drew got promoted to City Manager of GP49 and was later fired by GM Jason Fowler for just plain sucking so bad.

How about another winner Todd Sacco???
