Default 10cc

All current or former 10CC people check in. I worked in several offices on the south shore from 01-04. I heard a certain area manager with the initials KT was just recently fired, anyone confirm this?

I used to work in 10CC Admin. What a F-Show.

My former boss SG has no backbone. He does not go to bat for his employees. The worst part about it is at one of my reviews, they told me they can only give me a 15 cent raise. I worked in the Accounting department. 10CC would make millions of dollars in a year for profits and they can only give me a 15 cent raise? No thanks.

Too bad about KT getting terminated. The guy put good years of service into the group and company and because we do not get a lot of snow this winter he gets the boot.

ME quit about 2 months ago as well as JS at the 99 office. Both had over 15 years with the company. What does that tell you about the new GM of group 10? Not a lot of morals!!!

Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on at 10cc?? I left there about six months ago and since then almost everyone I worked with there is gone. I mean out of the company, not promoted or transferred. I have never seen such a screwy organization as ERAC. How do they manage to recruit new bodies year in and year out? How do their HR people deal with the turnover? Why do the people that are there stick around when they see what happens to the people they used to work with? Somebody out there has to write a book or article about this flat out weird organization. I guess the bigger question is how did it some award a few years ago as one of the best places to work? It must have take some serious $$$ to grease that award. Any insights out there?
