| Hmmm, why do people hate Steve Bradway? One of ERAC's core values is "We work hard and we reward hard work". Since Bradway has taken over, I see myself working much harder and being rewarded MUCH less. Group 10 used to have this kick ass Christmas Party in Boston.....those who lived far away (think well over an hour, as some Maine branches are up to 5 hours away) would get a free room. In January 2005 (Brad Carr was still here), the party was flat out cancelled due to a major snow storm. Insert Steve Bradway.....instead of having a blow-out to make up for the year before, since everyone had now worked TWO hard years (not to mention the MAJOR amount of cash ERAC saved from not having that party), Bradway took away the free rooms. REAL nice guy, huh? So, thanks to you folks who work up Maine, you have no choice but to shell out over $100 for a room (which used to be free), because you obviously don't want to drive the 5 hours home after the party. If you know Mr. Bradway so well, I'd suggest telling him to treat his employees better instead of constantly checking his billfold. It's the little people who make this company run. He seems to have forgotten that. |

Ok... so you hate Bradway because you don't get a room for that lame-ass Xmas party...wow. That Xmas party must be the highlight of your year... I'd feel sorry for you if you weren't such a whiner. Geez, that party sucks, every year its the same ritual combination of butt-kissing and and getting shit-faced (which, if taken literally, actually makes sense). So you don't get a free room, so what? Loads of companies don't give their employees free rooms for Christmas parties. As for the party that was cancelled because of the storm, just to let you know, Enterprise didn't "save" money on that party, they actually LOST money because all the rooms, the caterers and the hall rental were paid for and (from what I heard at the time) the money was not refunded. And they did actually have a party in May that year to substitute the Xmas party, so you're flat out lying when you say there wasn't a party for 2 years. Get your facts straight and quit crying. |

LMFAO! You missed the entire point! It's not about the free room! If you actually had read the post, you would have figured out it's about not valuing your employees. Not rewarding them for their time put in. Again, as pointed out before, it's the "little people" who make the bucks for people like Bradway. And FYI: Per RayMo, ERAC got a HUGE kickback from that cancelled party. The hotel didn't want to hold it b/c all their employees called out b/c of the storm. All the rooms also got refunded. Check your source. |

What else are you unhappy with? How else has Bradway in particular affected your life? As for my sources... funny, RM must've been telling different people different stories. However, you did lie about there not being an Xmas party for 2 years and they couldn't have saved that much money on the missed party, believe it or not, as there were expenses that were positively NOT refunded, so they ended up losing money anyway you look at it. In any case, it doesn't even matter because there was another party in May. The previous party was cancelled. What do you care if they lost or saved money on it? How does that affect you? It wouldn't matter if it was Bradway or someone else (anyone else), the result would still be the same. Very few companies pay for all their employees' hotel rooms, just so they can attend a party. I'm sorry if you don't understand that. Enterprise is not obligated to give you a room, never has been. Sure, it was nice while it lasted, but its not like you have a right to it. I know, I know, you're upset because Bradway doesn't respect the "little people"... sorry to break it to you but most higher-ups don't. Same goes at other companies. At Enterprise, you won't get any respect until you're at least a lv III. You might as well get used to it. |

| Ask Steve Bradway who Michelle Troyol is. answer /she was an MT he was sleeping with when he was an RVP in South Florida. He was rewarded for that now he is firing people for doing the same thing. He also would have parties at his home with his close group of employees and force them to sleep with escorts. He was also called out on this and rewarded. Now he fires people for similiar incidents.. |

| If a Christmas Party is cancelled one year, and one isn't held until the following year, that means there wasn't a Christmas party for 2 years. I'm sorry if I'm doing the math wrong, if I am please correct me. But you called the person who stated that a liar, and it seems to me, they aren't one, it just seems you can't do math. |
