| If your CM or RRM knew you are working the hours you claim to be working, you would be fired on the spot. I know some area managers that still work there and some that don't anymore. I can assure you that none of them worked those hours. So what you do and what is expected of you are two totally different issues. I can't believe you actually go to the gym and strole into work around 11:00 and have the balls to tell people about it!! No company would put up with that crap!! |
| |||
| So in other words you do nothing all day and make 100k+? Please, how stupid do you think people are? I am sure you make a 100k+, but come on. I never could understand why is it so hard for ERAC employee's to be honest. Is it because your so short staffed and are desperate for new employee's? By the way, check your math, 100k a year will not allow you to retire at 40-43 DUMB ASS!! |
| |||
| You are a piece of crap! Two of my closes friends are area managers and I can tell you they work their ASS'S off for that 100K and deserve every fucking penny of it!! Nothing but stress to them. So don't go around telling people how you hardly have to work for it and that you live in a dream world. What a piece of shit!! I am going to show them what you said and I am curious to see what they think. ASSHOLE!! You Really pissed me off!! |

| Average retiring age is 43 because they prolly die of stress-related coronaries because they still can't "hack it" lol jk. To retire at 43, and not be insanely poor, you need at least 3-4 million saved...that's if you plan to live past 70. You can't save that on a mere 100k...now if you were an RVP/GM you could retire young, but that's another story altogether. I've got a kickass RVP in Gavin Watson, and I hope he stays around for a long time, because it's refreshing to have awesome people at admin to rely on. Shit, even my ARM is a great guy, the GRM is awesome too. Maybe I lucked out...C9 "uppers" are pretty cool. __________________ "Book that deal!" "You said we're sold out!?!" | I will be a RRM in less than a year. I will move into an RVP 2 years after that. I will be a GM before I am 35. I will do that for 5 years and call it a day. I am able to do what I do because I am fully staffed and my people are great. When you grow your deal at 10+% every month, consistenly have 100+OP, and maintain ESQI above the corporation, you can do whatever you want. Granted I used to work more but now I have everything in place and I can relax a little. As far as the other ?. I put the max allowd into my 401K, and I put away 4K everymonth. I own 3 homes that I rent out. On a 15 year mortgage and nearly 1/3 paid off by renters. That is the recipe for early retirement. Good luck to all of you. |

| It is a very good thing that you are smart with your money and I hope that you can retire when you want to retire. The problem with ERAC and their higher paid employee's seem to lack job security. ERAC is cheap, lets face it. I is all about saving money in the company! I have seen it all to often with this company. They tend to clean house with upper management and get new employee's to do the dirty work for less $. RE: group10. Believe me when I tell you no one cares! So, can you do well at ERAC? Yes you can. If your willing to suffer and put up with the bullcrap for 10-15 years you can do really well. My point is, why should you have to suffer for your dedication and hard work? I don't even know you and I can tell you that most of your life if not all of it revolves around ERAC. That is no way to live in my mind. |

| Please! All that bull about RRM,RYP and GM is bull. NO one in that company can predict their future. How can you say you will be a GM before your 35? Come on!! It is almost like hitting the lottery for those positions. I am sure ERAC would appreciate the possitive attitude, but are you for real?? I would love to be there when you finally realize what the company is about and get a job with a good company. Then you will see what I mean. |
