Default Future Enterprise MT's please read

Are you thinking about working for Enterprise? PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST! There are so many good companies out there that are willing to pay you well for your education and hard work. Companies that actually care about their employee's. Don't fall for the bull like I did. I sincerely hope you will learn by my mistake and countless others. Just take a look around in this site. Thousands of people, good people, have been promised so much and received so little for their hard work and dedication. It is very ironic when you think of Enterprise's motto. "Never over promise, but always over deliver". It is a shame that they don't live by their words! Believe me when I say they will use you and abuse you. When your time has come they will kick you to the curb and never look back.

Hardworkers make it and lazy people who want everything handed to them do not. If you have what it takes, the career path is 2nd to none. In my mid 20's working less than 40hours a week and making more than 100K a year. Where else can you do that?
Give it a shot, Im sure your better than the losers on this site...

First of all stop trowing the bullshit around!! NO ONE and I mean NO ONE at ERAC works less than 40 hours a week and makes 100k. That is bullshit!! I worked for them for 7+ years, so don't tell me or anyone else for that matter. People like you are the reason good people get screwed at ERAC. Again all the empty promises by another brain washed employee....

If Erac is so wonderful, why is it such a young workforce? In my tenure at Erac, I never ONCE went to a retirement party. Coincidence? I think not!

I have to agree. Anyone that works hard will be rewaredat any job. If your in your mid 20's, that means you worked for them for what about 3-4 years maybe. There is no way in hell you work less than 40 hours and make 100k. It is impossible at enterprise. Nobody for that matter works less than 40 hours a week period at enterprise. No matter how much you make. These are some of the lies that make enterprise a bad place to work.

Employee's don't retire at Enterprise. They get canned and some sap that is willing to do their job for half of what they were making moves in. I have seen it all to often.

I am 5 years in and I am an area manager. I start every day about 930am. I make my rounds to my branches then my accounts. I take someone to lunch. I then stop by my accounts that I am still working on around 4pm and see what is going on, I then head home for the day. On Fridays, I start about 11am after my workout. I end about 3pm then I take my top selling employee to a movie. I made 97K last year and I have already made 102K this year, and they year is not over. I am living the dream. I will retire before age 40. The average retiring age for ERAC employees is 43. The best career in the world. I love it and so will you. Most employees don't have any idea what they are doing, so it makes it easy for us good employees to move up through the ranks. Give it a try. If you like people and are not afraid of a little hard work for the 1st few years , it is very worth it. Good luck
