When I worked at Inhouse there was a USAA customer that complained that his kids found a porno in the back seat of his rental vehicle. The branch wrote off the entire rental. The rental was out of New Mexico

I appreciate the suggestions for getting a discount given, however, i'd really love if someone could tell me the model car I maybe getting so I can decide whether or not to upgrade.

Just keep in mind that making up a horror story about finding offensive or dangerous articles in a rental may end up getting an innocent prep fired.

Good point, I would not want that. It is better to make up a story about how poorly the car ran or other mechanical "issues". But the porn in the backseat is still a classic.
