Default Group 12

I used to work for the Colorado Group and may I say that it was just as bad as everywhere else. The same misleading and manipulative management anywhere. I worked there for a few years and was constantly baited with the promise of promotion. More importantly, I witnessed some of the most unethical and under-handed behavior I have ever seen. The last straw for me was when after returning from a much needed vacation, I was blamed for our upper managements inhibility to maintain a solid relationship with one of the area's largest accounts. You see, the account would only deal with me and anytime there was an issue they chose only to discuss it with me. Well, of course the moment I left for a week long vacation...All hell breaks loose. I have to go now, but will be back shortly...

ps-I did find a much better job making a lot more money and working less!!!

I was in group 12 as well...one of the things I hated the most was the constant switching of offices. My ERAC experience consisted of being in one office and then being moved to a different office 6 months later. And this entailed having to find a new place to live, too.

I was even asked to open a brand new office and the office made $$ within 3 months of being open...and I am talking about running a profitable new branch within that time period. What happened next? After 6 months of being in this office, they promoted someone to take my job and were going to transfer me 300 miles to another office as a lateral move.

I don't miss it.
