yeah the lied about the salary, it's not a salary, it's hourly.
they (hr) are quick to gloss over this fact in the interview.
don't believe me? then ask the hundreds of peeps who post here.
promotions at ERAC are based on people leaving or getting fired...their is no growth, at least in michigan. as a matter of fact the exact opposite is happening...branches closing up, esp in group 20.
not very good for morale if you ask me.
on paper it sounds great, you have staff to do the little things while you can do your job as a BM. but we all know this isn't the case, branches are notirously (sp) understaffed...BMs and AMs are forced to do the same jobs they did as MTs. reduce turnover and maybe this could be remeided.
and i was most def an avg performer...but this makes little difference. both those better and worse than me hated the job just as equally, and rarely did the top performers stick around for long.
afterall, who wants to work in this biz, esp those who are naturally sucessful?
