Just wanted to let you all know that I won branch workhorse this month. I'm really excited, and so is my husband, though I am not really sure what branch workhorse means. Does it mean that I am the hardest worker? Can I put this on a resume for future use?

Basically it means you wrote the most tickets in your area. You can look at it in a good way, as ERAC does, because you're hustling on your job. Or you can look at in a bad way, as most everyone else does, because, well, you overworked yourself. Either way, you were the "most productive" in the area.
