I along with other minority employees of Group 14 have racial discrimination concerns.
We have witness unfair promotions and a clear lack of support for minorities.

How do we address or stay motivated when we observe no representation of minorities other than the entry level position.

Is there a forum for employees to discuss these issues and how do minorities receive the same guidance/treatment to have a successful career with this company, when there is no one like me currently in the role I am striving to achieve?

Oh Zimmerley. I think he had too much to drink and gave Kleebie a piece of his mind, or thats what I think might have happened. Who knows, I left earlier that evening. We were having a big fun United Way meeting and man I was this close to giving so much money, but then someone farted in the back of the room and it threw my concentration off. I gave about 3 dollars, and I will probably be fired for it. You know, they see how much you give and if you don't give a certain percentage of what you make they take you out to the woodshed and "get it", you know?
