GP 15N Now hiring signs...!

So I have noticed that Steven Nelicks region is hurting so bad for people that there are Now Hiring signs in most region N branch windows.
The region has pissed off so many employees that they have to resort to putting signs in the front windows of all the offices. Quite sad. Any comments?

I don't believe Region N is the only region having problems staffing. The years I worked for ERAC, I don't believe any office was fully staffed. If that company had the necessary staffing, maybe half the people wouldn't quit because they were so overworked, including myself.

They even have postings on craigslist. Through a professional staffing company in Schaumberg. They don't say that it is for ERAC but it is a pretty obvious description. Fully bought in Employees and brand new MT's alike are all looking. These branch managers are so stressed now a days none of their employees want their jobs, they just don't look glamourous.
