Renting from ORD 3/20-3/24

I am planning on renting from ORD location next thurs. 3/20 to mon. 3/24. I am 24 and am wondering if there's anyway around the under 25 fees Or a discount code or something I could use towards the total including the under 25 fees.

The best way to knock off dollars from your rental is after the rental is completed. Throw a fit and get them to wipe off full days of rental, thats better than any special codes or bullshit like that. You have to be able to play the part though for a few minutes to achieve this. Good luck.

Thats so true. Just 2 weeks ago, we had a douche bag customer come in and the first thing out of his mouth was, "I want your full insurance." Well after he came back (2 weeks later) he started arguing that he never wanted it. Everyone in the room was like, "we heard you say it". So we ended up charging his card for the full amount.

Well he goes to another branch and said that he never wanted it and the MT just told him to sign for it. They ended up calling the area manager who then refunded him half. Then he calls NatRes and gets the RVP's number. Calls him up and gets the whole insurance taken off and the 2 week rental was taken off. We get called and yelled at for not "taking care of it" F. that.

There's just some people that sickens me and they're the reason why ERAC sucks. Follow the rules, just pay the fee.
