| I have not been on this website for a while, but I thought I should check just to see what is going on. I used to be a MGR in GP 15 and cannot be happier in my life since I left ERAC. It is nice to see that there is a GP 15 section on this now. Of course I see that GP 15 has not changed even 5 years after I left. By replying to this post, it is easy to see that GP 15 still has that Frat Boy mentality. If you are looking just to screw somebody or something, find a beer bottle and stick your *#&$ in it. Enterprise screws you enough by just working there. The women who work at Enterprise have to deal with this screwing without worrying about what other ways they will be screwed. Get a life and mature already. Oh wait, you work at ERAC and won't mature until you leave. |

| I have to say, life is unbelievably amazing after you leave Enterprise. I was a manager for a year and was terminated for ESQI even though my revenue and profits were through the roof. My employee retention was also 100%. I have never heard of a company besides Enterprise that fires someone that makes them money (assuming there weren't doing anything unethical). I interviewed for several sales jobs before accepting my current one and the potential employers almost fell out of their seats when I told them why I was fired. Their response was, "you made them money, and they lost money by firing you." I got several job offers and quickly landed employment. Getting fired was a blessing in disguise because I got a lot of $$ from unemployment and unpaid vacation time (they never let me use this time when I worked for them). When you leave the company you feel like a new person. You have so much more freedom to do what you want to do, you health drastically improves, and most importantly you're level of happiness goes through the roof. Its like being freed from slavery. Its amazing that a company like that stays in business. The way they treat their employees-the lies, deceit, backbreaking hours, wrongful terminations, and washing cars-they should be shut down and sued. Whats ironic is that group 15 fired me for no reason, but they kept an employee that was caught making a cocaine deal on the phone in their office in region A on company time. They keep people that get dui's but they fire people for posting their resume's on monster.com. Thats the business model that needs to be exposed to the public, what goes around comes around and that is the way of the world. Enterprise rent-a-car will not last forever, a large class action lawsuit is needed, and they need to be exposed to the public on every television channel, newspaper, and magazine. If your thinking of getting out, get out now, don't wait any longer. Remember nothing is more important than your happiness. I give you my word that you will feel amazing when you get out of that miserable place. You will love and appreciate your new job and your new life. Good luck to you!! |

| I definately agree about getting out. I just left ERAC for a pharma rep position and the difference is like night and day. For example: At ERAC you wash cars, deal with pissed off total customers, see unethical deals go down to make a buck or two, hear the ERAC catch phrases that brainwash new employees, chase false promises, and listen to GRM's talk about how much money you'll make. At XYZ pharmaceuticals you get a company car with gas paid for (a 2006 model), talk with professionals who need intelligent conversations, work the way you want to work and get help when you are not performing, one straw of unethical behavior will get a person fired, get paid close to six figures, get your MBA paid for (or any education that relates to your future with XYZ), and have your manager tell you that you need more work-life balance. What a difference a day makes!!!! |

| I've got some misgivings about ERAC, but as for pharm reps...we can't all go that route. Pharm reps are almost exclusivly very attractive women. I've dealt with enough of their fleet deals (when their sweet '06 Pacifica is in the shop) to know that pharm companies practice some shady shit as well. There's no room for plain jane girls or dudes in that endevour. |

| There are a few hot chicks out there. There'll be a ton at the big party in October. Just for the record Jeremy Atkinson (sp??) is an ass kissing low life perfect face for this company. |
| |||
| Are you Nick or Eric? Guess will find out at work soon |
| |||
| I've never worked directly with Jeremy, but I always liked him otherwise. I'd be interested to hear why you have this opinion of him. |
