layoffs in gp 15

Business as always in the chicgao group. In the SW suburuban region some layoffs took place around the same time as they do every yr. Howver, I doubt they are finished. Word around the camp fire is that manager got fired because erac thought she was gonna take maternity leave. Another asst was fired for really poor reason. Same time every year these firings happen. They take those already burned out or who they thnk might leave and fire them so they can dangle the money of the summer months in front of the newbies. That way they keep their hooks in them for at least until the next summer. 1 manager who was the #1 or #2 guy in the region just upped and quit less than a month ago. He was not allowed to interview for some level 3 spots that came open in the region. They said he didnt have growth, even though a new office was opened less than a year ago to counter the size of his office and deliberately downsize his fleet. They're lies and deceit know no boundaries, dont let it happen to you, because you arent special. You are just a employee number.

fyi...steven nelick in region N is moving assistant managers around just so he can manipulate their commission percentages lower. what a great RVP...

Is this true? I thought ERAC "has never laid off an employee"

They're not "laying them off" in the traditional sense... ("Uh oh, people aren't buying as many of our lawnmowers as they used to. Shut down the production line and lay off those twelve people.")

E is creatively firing people and getting rid of those who might "infect" the others... I remember there was a guy at my branch who started talking smack about "the protection package" and what a load of crap it was, and what a crock E was... he was let go REALLL quick -- and we were discouraged from hanging out with "someone who was bitter cuz he coudn't hack it"

Ever go to the fish dept of the pet store and they have a little sub-tank within the main tank where they put a sick fish so he doesn't infect the others? It's the same thing -- except E just puts them right in the toilet.
