Chicago Group's (Group 15) "Best Person's Program"

What a fucking joke...I don't know what other groups have that is comparable, but in the Chicago group we have a program called the "best person's program" in which supposedly the "best" MT's work at either of the airports in Chicago.

This program SHOULD be renamed the "work yourself ragged" program. I guess the name is all apart of ERAC's program of brainwashing. They fool unsuspecting MT's (all of which go regardless of ranking) into working at a branch which is 10 times busier, and requires you to be there at 5AM if you open, all for the same shitty 10 bucks an hour. I live out in the suburbs, and I know an MT who lives near me, but works at the airport. The drive to the airport is almost an hour, so you do the math...Yes he has to be up during the 3 o' clock hour to drive and work long hard hours for $10 an hour.

Only a brainwashed or mentally ill individual would do this for $10 an hour with a college degree.

And now you understand why you need to QUIT. Everyone that used to work for Enterprise has the same story.... trust me, your job is shit. There are better jobs out there. I promise. Get another job, waiting tables, whatever, to keep you going while you search for another. But quit. ERAC is horrible, and you just figured it out. Run, run, as fast as you can
