I worked in 15 (mainly downtown) almost 10 years ago. Other employers will respect your experience at ERAC. They know how hard you work. They know the stress you endure. It is kind of a "crucible" for the everage 22-23 y.o. just finishing school. If leaving, take the positive out of the experience and move on.

I'm surprised to see all the negativity surrounding Nelick. It's been a while since I worked for him, but he seemed like a good guy. I learned a lot from him.

How can any of your post be true? Nelick has only been in Group 15 for 4 years, maybe less. Also he never was in charge of downtown.

He was a Manager downtown and got promoted to, I believe, New York before getting promoted to VP at 15N. His current stint in Chicago is only 4 years but he started in group 15.

If any one has balls it sure is Stirn. I mean to throw your marriage and career away for an mt (though I did hear she was hot). BALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously Stirn was the person who wrote, "If anyone has anything to say to stirn have the balls to say it to his face," in all honesty there are a lot of people who would LOVE to get together and say a lot to your face. Where and when is all you have to say and I guarantee people would be there to tell you exactly what they think of you. You cheated on your wife, who by the way deserves so much better than a sleaze like you, started a relationship with an mt (who obviously has a lack of morals), and now probably float between the two of them. To his wife, you're better than the both of them put together, forget about them and find better. I know a couple people who would love to help get you over him and his sleazy ways.
