Region N ARM's being pushed out Since Steven can't get his senoir area managers promoted, he has to push them out to keep the upward promotion cycle continue. This is the 3rd area manager to get pushed out in one year. (and 14 employees to quit since Feb 1,2007) Thats what I call job security. Since region N now has a RRM, Steven has to get rid of senior area managers and replace them with dipshits like Brett Hoffman (who will be lucky to clear $85,000 this year if he still has a job) to keep his personel expense down. Does anyone think Steve Nelick will promote his own BRM to this spot. Chris Bisoulis deserves that spot, but he is getting paid too much at Ohare for Nelick to even consider him (may have ESQI issues too). Can you imagine working for a company for 10 hard years and then get pushed out...? Do the Taylors know what is going on with their company?
