I can't believe no one has commented yet. Mark Zavacky is moving on up! Apparently he is going to be the RVP in the Washington DC area. And everyone said he was unpromotable!

Does this suprise anyone? Michelle and Doug have a clear plan. Doug brings in two RVP's from NY/NJ. Michelle taps someone from her old group. In the end, the hardworking men and women of 16VV get their RVP promoted to GM and their RRM promoted to RRM and there is not one promotion for the people who actually got it done? It's a shame, and GP 16 will continue to lose one good area manager after another.

well what do you expect? i hear gp 24 and 16 are really really similar as far as the people way up at the top just exploiting the efforts of the level I's and II's. plus I hear bosch is slowly turning into a dictator and her evil little henchman is not far behind. that does kinda suck for all the people in VV, but theres a ridiculous amount of people quitting in capital central (beltway region) so theres still hope for them yet

I think most people are just disgusted and don't even want to comment. They are questioning the thinking and decision making of this mucked up company.......again.

All I can say is congrats....not to Zavacky, but to us in Group 57. I really send my deepest condolences to the new group. If you are reading this, and i'm SURE you are, we are warning you now.....you are in heaps of fun. Especially the level 3's. Fun fun, fun coming your way. It must feel a little "unsettling" for you as you wonder why your new chief nearly has the failingenterprise.com record at 9 pages of postings about what a tool sack your new leader is (along with the fact that he has interviewed for 25 other postions and failed to get them....and now he is heading YOUR way.....like a fucking tornado of doom.
