Patrick Farace realizing EVEN he can't get promoted out of UU, should tell everyone, this plane is going down. Ever since the "Bosch Regime" salaries have gone down, retention has gone down, ESQI has gone down and managers at all levels are dropping like flies. The "icing on the cake" is the hiring of the "unpromotable" Mark Zavacky from GP57. If anyone has read the GP57 threads, they guy has interviewed for the same position for almost 5 Years in GP17, 24 and his own Group!!!!!!!!!!!! And now he is managing one of the largest regions in the East Coast!! Nice selection Bosch, I thought her promotion of the Nazi Doug Olcott was bad enough, bringing in this goon is just a pure insult!! Maybe, nobody cares but when those paychecks continue to dwindle, we're all going to realize we may have been horribly mislead!! 16UU is on life support!!

yeah, i agree, UU is slowly dying. WW is going no where and YY is as f$@#d as its even been. but really, who's going to lose out? most branch managers quit w/ a year of being promoted, the majority of MT's barely make it 6 months, and its literally impossible to get promoted at all w/ in the group. i dont know why everyone's so upset, you knew what you were getting into when you signed on. trust me, i'm a level 3, out of rental (thank god) and good to go.

i am from gp 57 and have been gone from erac for quite a bit. if u knew whats in store for you....you'd run like a cheetah - and never look back.

collect all of the emails, ms01's,letters of recognition, waiver stats, matrixes, etc - anything that documents your progress in a good way - and begin surfing monster & careerbuilder. Post your resume and you'll get calls every day for interviews.

Talke it from someone whose lived thru what your about to have to live thru - Get Out ASAP!!!

Stick around......and you'll eventually get out anyway....and you'll wish u did it earlier.

run for the hills. with zavacky at the helm of your region is like holding a zippo near a open propane tank.... he wears enterprise gym pants in public. which means he probably wears them at home.... he will suck the life out of you as if running a rental branch doesn't do that already he will double ittake it from a former gp 57'er .. bounce quickly....

Yea, Farace was on his way out in UU, with the company? Probably. Zavacky has put forth the most aggressive ideas so far that will stir up change even if they do piss alot of people off, and they will. Anything is better than the situation we have now. Fuck it, go for it.
