National Recruiter: Enterprise Employees Most Underpaid Employees in DC Region

Just a FYI to all of those people, that believe that ERAC pays extremely well. According to several National and local employment recruiters, ERAC employees are making 30-40% LESS than their counterparts who graduated 5 years ago from a 4-Year University program! The separation in income continues in each 5 year interval!

So, when you go to your interview, and they try and tell you they pay less at first, but make it up....Don't be too shocked...IT'S A LIE!!

I doubled my ERAC salary in one year with a REAL performance based company.
