That man is a total fraud and I would never ever want to do business with him. I don't know how someone like P.F. would hire someone with a lack of business ethics like T.L. This company is structured on lies and manipulation and its incredible how much better life is once you are out in the real world. I still have a few friends that work for Enterprise and apparently its getting worse. I guess they have this new marketing plan which requires the managers to spend an ungodly amount of time marketing and taking accounts out for lunch each month. This might look good on paper, but it seems like the people up in the ivory tower forget about all the chaos that goes on in the branches even when the office is fully staffed. I guess that's why group 16's retention is going down the toilet. Last I heard, one of T.L.'s areas lost like 4 or 5 people in one month. Thats a lot of people leaving a total of three branches. I guess my advice is: If you are looking, stay focused on finding a new job and if you are miserable start looking!! This job will eat you up and spit you out if you let it, so don't fall prey to corporate's lies and manipulation. |
Their doing this new marketing approach, because they lost a bunch of corporate accounts back in October. Several dealerships and service shops bailed on them in the Montgomery County area, because service is in decline and there is a new rental car company on the block called Reliable Rent-A-Car. Along with a slew of services Reliable offers, they not only pick customers up, but their signature service is car delivery within a 20 mile radius. Corporate customers get a larger mile radius for delivery, and rates are more competitive. How do I know? It all happened just before I found a new job and quit the company. I was laughing my way out of the company. It will teach them a well deserved lesson.
