I once worked in Group 16. Actually, it is pretty good in comparision to the OTHER group I worked at (southern area). The only problem I had was this guy named Tyrone (mgr). Coonass, brownnosing, dumb ex football player at some vague ass D-III school!!! LOL!!! He was trying to get me fired, little did he know...I was gonna quit anyway!! But I had to hold off, I even talked to a few lawyers b/c of the crap he was pulling, he was later transferred. Marni is sexy as hell; Mike from NJ (loss control I believe..) is a racist whose sleeping w/lauren(?) the married girl he's always with; But really, the people in gp16 for the most part seemed sincere; It's unfortunate that the company sucks.

Time for a couple corrections. It was Ed McCarty, he has since retired, still a member of the board collecting his millions as a "consultant" for "E" Mike from New Jersey left loss control five years ago, he has since left the organization as well, and he wasn't sleeping with Lauren nor was he racist. Marni, wouldn't put her in the "sexy as hell' category.

grp 16 must be the best place to work...... By far they have the best group manager in the company. Michele Bosch will do what ever is neccesary to develop train and motivate her people. Any Group or region she has been in has embraced her culture and she has always had buy in from her folks. She has never forgotten to be real and sincere.. that is a rare qaulity in group management at enterprise. Every operation she has left has fallen apart because the replacement leadership has been sub par at best.... Michelle is a true leader

Interesting, she was put in place after I had left the group. I did truly appreciate the previous Group Manager, Ed McCarty. I can not speak from experience about Michelle. It appears that you are quite confident in your statements, I will take your word for it. Are there any current employees that feel the same, or different, for that matter?

True TRUE!! I still remember when Michelle announced she was leaving Group 57. She wasn't there for very long, but she had gotten attached to all of her employees...when she announced she was leaving her eyes began to well up with tears and she said, "I don't want to go already, but I havbe an amazing opportunity and for the sake of my career, and my family's future I can't turn this great opportunity down. Michelle had a genuine care for her employees. I think if she hadn't come to Group 57, they probably would have never raised the pay. It's still not where it should be, but she got the ball rolling. Things at Group 57 definitely began to fall apart when she announced she was leaving. |
