| Some of these positive replies feel a bit cheesy and rehearsed. Like perhaps a current BM or AM wrote them. Interesting. Group 16 has a horrific cult mentality. Anyone who ventures outside the norm or doesn't attend thier stupid little happy hours or end of month parties is immediately black balled. Proceed with caution. |

| it is really not a cult mentality. Michelle Rewards those that embrace the culture she tries to create. It is a succesfull culture and peoplegetpromoted because they havebetter number. She also will hang a carrot out there and deliver once the task is completed.. Most group manager either do not hang a carrot or if they do it is rotten.. Michelle is a great leader |

| You have to assume that much like in any large company you have good leaders and those that are not so good. Simply because people really like a specific member of upper management does not mean they are brainwashed or robots. When I was with the company there were a number of people whom I admired and greatly respect to this day, and there were some bumbling idiots. Just like on this board you have some people who can effectively voice an opinion and cordially disagree with another person, you also have some people who simply rant and shout profanity, thus showing their lack of intelligence and moral fiber. However, that doesn't represent the entire board. Same thing at ERAC. |
