Bosch

Just because she has power doesnt mean we like her. And I guess her power means she can skip out a day early on vacation (like today). Could you imagine if all the employees did that? I shouldn't be surprized. She took off 2 weeks during the time when every BM, ARM, RRM, and RVP were in Orlando for the meeting, but she doesn't let anyone else ever take off 2 weeks at once. I'm not complaining though. The only good days here anymore are the ones that she's off.

She's a worthless piece of crap. Isnt it evident by the # of people leaving? nobody has any respect for her. dc group is too big to let it all fall apart because of her. Andy wil have to wise up and get rid of her.

I notice that there have not been as many postings about Bosch since she has her puppet doing all of her dirty work for her now. Do we like her now?

No one ever liked her! Just because she's insulated herself with "The Puppet" doesn't mean she's not responsible for what's going on here. She sucks. The only reason she's in this position is because she's a female. Plain and simple. How many female GM's do you see with this company? If corporate had a clue and really wanted to play the "Equal Opportunity Employer", they'd put an African American here since they make up the largest portion of this demographic. But corporate doesn't have a clue and that's why an arrogant, ignorant, unprofessional token female is running our group.

Someone made a very good observation to me a couple of weeks ago. If you looked at Bosch standing side by side either the UU, VV, WW, XX, or YY receptionists, would you be able to tell who the GM was based on how either was dressed? She is a mean spirited slob.

I couldn't agree with you more. That is soooooooo true. She's a total slob. It just goes to show you that $ doesn't buy you class.

You know, this thread is all very hurtful and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I like some of the funny things people say about the company, and I crack up sometimes, but I don't think you should personally attack others. Do you feel better about yourself after you write these mean things?

Michelle Bosch is a very person and a true leader. I had the pleasure to work for her in Group 57 and what you are all saying o here is flat out wrong. You are the type of people that are pissing and moaning because someone wants you to do your job and do it at a high level...... Michelle rewards those that perform.... not those that show up to her kids birthday parties.... Michelle has moved all over this country on be half of enterprise and has embraced the culture of promotability .... She is not at her level because she is a woman she is there because she has alway got the results and performance out of her people. She is one of the best Gm's in this company. She has made many sacrafices to get where she is at and that meant moving her family alot...... I am sure Michelle has many friends out side of enterprise but they do not live in the DC area.... She has a on in Group 57 and I think you should all look in the mirror and Stop crying and start performing. If you do not like your job QUIT>............I did and it was right after Michelle left Group 57 because she was one of a kind and if Enterprise had more Michelle Bosch's they would not have the problems that they have...

Wake up out of your dream world!!! I must admit I thought Michelle was the best thing since sliced bread--at first. I still think she has a great business mind and I will agree that she knows how to get results--but it is at the expense of others. With all of the Level III and IV firings over the past few years it is very obvious she has an agenda she is working toward--but since she has not been up front about the agenda, it has created many nasty rumors of who is going to be fired/what department is going to be consolidated next. She will find another job for you if she likes you and cut you without looking back if she doesn't. She has created the deepest sense of unease and dissatisfaction that I have ever seen.

Mabye those level 3 and 4 employee's should have been let go a LONG time ago, or were promoted under the old school good ole boy network. Well, that promo system is long gone. Perform or leave. I think it should have come a long time ago.
