It's interesting that under the old school good ol' boy network of which you refer, Enterprise enjoyed its greatest heyday. In the 80's and early 90's (when the company experienced its greatest true growth) customer service was the best it ever was, employee morale was very good, and decent profits were had. Under your "perform or leave" system which most of the country has been running on for at least ten years - customer service has absolutely gone to hell, employee morale is bad (just look at this site) with turnover at all levels rediculously high, customers and referral sources think we are a bunch of scammers and cheats. Profits are great but at what cost? Bring back the old school good ol' boy/girl network - things are horrible the way they are!

Michelle Bosch? arrogant....yes. two faced....yes. full of shit....no. she'll tell you straight up front, its her way or the highway. if you dont like her or any of her little puppets and figureheads.....you're gone. its that simple. just look at brett gipe

Please! There was never a good old girl network! And, how can you say greatest heyday, when the company over all is making it's highest revenue's in history? Customer service gone to hell? I think not! ESQI is the best evidence there. During the good old boy networking days, there was no such gauge... we could piss people off as much as we wanted and still get promoted... now, you just can't! Employee morale is no different. There has always been unhappy employee's! You think all of these people here bitching is new? It's so easy to go on a site annonomously and complain/mock/slander the company and it's leaders. The internet has changed all of that. I'm wondering where you are getting your information too when you say our referral sources and customers think we are a bunch of scammers and cheats because it sure doesn't show in our ESQI worldwide and income/profits!

Glad to see that corporate is keeping up with this site even on a weekend! Ain't it funny? Pluggin that ESQI . if that's the argument then why are our #'s going down down down! The group sucks from the top, and those of you idiots defending Michelle from group 57-get a F***ing clue! It's one thing thing to run a group in the middle of nowhere-it's altogether something else to be in charge of our nations capitol. She's got so many puppets working for her she doesn't even show up for work any more. Long live the queen!

former gp 57 . it is in the middle of nowhere but the current gm can't run it like she did. however all of that you said about her is true. dont be naive it is company wide with this my way or the highway iniative of erac. corporate must of went through way to many lawsuits to succumb to this mentality.

I'm not corporate. I like reading the bs on this site as much as the next guy, but I have to call out the crap when I see it.

i'm telling you guys, you cant argue w/ the evidence. Michelle Bosch is a good vice pres. she puts up good growth and profits, AND high ESQI as well (even though i have no idea how) so none of us on the bottom can say crap about it. granted she also walked in to one of the best groups in the country and as long as she doesnt totally screw it up then everyone's gonna think she is doing a great job, and no one in the group besides her little circle of yes-men has an ounce of respect for her and the way she treats people, but hey, when your on top, you dont have to care, you can pay people to do it for you!
