Do you think if I was corporate I would be talkin crap about our GM and GRM? I stay for the same reason everybody else stays. Been here long enough that the paycheck doesn't suck, just the group morale. It doesn't take a genius to see that Michelle's schedule doesn't involve coming to work much. Do you even work in this group?

How would you even know about her schedule if you didn't work at 99? If group morale sucks as much as you say it does, why don't you do something about it?

Dont you think that should be her responsibility? She ought to be doing something to earn that 2 million dollar paycheck.

"we could piss people off and still get promoted" obviously that is your current mindset - people don't change much. That is where the "cheaters and scammers" comes from but also because I am close with alot of referral sources and ex-referral sources who have described in detail their own and their customers distaste for Enterprise. That was simply unheard of back in the day. Alot of it is lazy employee and poor service but alot of bait and switch as well. No shit revenues are higher now, there are obviously more branches than 15 years ago and also something called inflation. Where'd you get your degree? Let me guess - Salisbury State? You cannot dispute the ungodly turnover, really over 100% of employees within their first year but what is more shocking many level II and level III's just walking away. Good talent too, not people asked or forced to leave. BM's rarely quit back then.
Keep sweeping that turnover thing under the rug like all you cool-aid drinkers do (even Andy Taylor in USA Today) - it is an absolute disgrace and obviously a deep seated problem exists.

well its not like you need to be a genius to work at erac. it is pretty obvious that the group is ran by selfish fools. I also don't think the profanity is called for. Do not stoop to that level. i think this site is a great place to vent, but i think we should still try to rise above the erac's corporate crap and treat each other with a little respect and kindness.
as far as bosh goes, i don't know that much about her, but i can't imagine that she is a horrible as you all claim. she has managed to the receive and keep her position with the company and i am sure it was not easy for her.

I change that - you were probably a C student at Frostburg majoring in soccer. Look it up in Webster's online smart guy. It is "DEEP SEATED" 1. situated far below the surface 2. firmly established. There is no deep seeded. Now go vacuum the trunk of that Cobalt. With your intelligence and hard headedness that is what you will probably be doing for the rest of your life.

What are you smoking? How difficult could it have been to get yourself carried up the corporate ladder due to one reason. Being a female. Look around-how many do you see in her position?
