I work in a region other than YY but was at YY, where the walls are thin. A person in the office next to the one I was in was on an in depth call on speaker phone with someone who says that they are about to lose a ton of their people. Not just managers or trainees but three or four area managers and department heads. Nobody can deal with the new RVP. What is his deal?

Ewan is unanimously considered an asshole. No one wants to work for him, from MTs to ARMs. Not to mention he looks like Kevin Bacon's co-star from "The Air Up There".

Add an LCAM, too! So, new guy comes and in his first six months loses his RRM, one of his top ARMS, his Recruiter, his LCAM? What the hell!!
