17AA Turnover

Anyone else shocked by the turnover in 17AA in the last 8 weeks. It seems like 30 quality people have quit in less then two months.

I am personally so glad I got out of 17aa and Erac all together, that place sucks big ass, they treated their people awful. I am one of those quality people who left, and I have to tell you--there is life and lots more money outside of ERAC. I am sooooooo happy. I left being on top, and it was good for me. I can look forward to a winter without washing cars in the snow!

It's time for the old brown bag lunch. Gang whats going on out there? Folks the money is out there!

Bottom line guys, the company RELIES on the turnover to push their marketing to new hires promising rapid promotions. The benefit to the company, promote people faster to PAY THEM LESS!! There is no time for them to build their pay plan.

And when someone is making too much money they are either fired to demoted. We have all seen this.

Honestly, if you are new and reading this, GET OUT NOW. Don't let it turn out to be a waste of your time and you are probably tired of explaining to people and regurgitating the company propaganda as to why this is a good job.

I think it is funny that I now pull into work, right across from an ERAC branch at 7:45, the E people have been there for 15 minutes already. I walk out the door at 4:30 to the car, those poor folks have another 2.5 hours of work and make LESS than I do now!! Poor kids, I know it seems like a lot of money right out of college but you are being used! USE YOUR DEGREE! Save your parents the embarrassment, do it for them if not for you.

Is it true 17AA will be hiring high school grads? Things must be getting bad when they cant' get get enough college grads to work full-time. Maybe people are starting to realize the job is awful. Wonder what the pay will be for them? It can't be much less than what a college grad is getting paid when you break that monster 32,000 54 hour a week salary down. They should just get employees from Labor Ready. They could pick everyone up in a 15 packer. I feel bad for the employees still there who are listening to the garbage they preach.

Any good tips for people sending out resumes right now?

Yes! Send out LOTS of them so you find something sooner and start getting PAID for your hard work!

I know you all think that you are worth tons or money for no reason when you are 24 years old right? The reason you don't get paid is because you complain every day, and your numbers suck. Let me guess, you are understaffed and have no cars right, wow there is a new one i have never heard that before. why don't you suck it up and make it happen anyway you little bitches.
