Did anyone see the news from Kansas on him?

No idea what you're talking about? |

I read a headline on the internet yesterday that he was arrested in Kansas city for killing his girlfriend by stabbing her to death and then torching the house to cover the evidence. I was wondering if it was true.

My rule is if it's on the internet, then it's 100% true. ;-) Was he still working at ERAC? If so, I think any homicide is justifiable, so long as it's a customer. All kidding aside, this is a horrible story if it is indeed true. |

A Florida man was arrested at the Kansas City International Airport today in relation to a murder and arson in Kansas. Rory Markel Foster, 25, has been charged in Allen County with first-degree murder, aggravated arson, aggravated battery, aggravated kidnapping and criminal threats in the death earlier today of 19-year-old Brianwna Rae Hardrick of Iola, Kan. Iola police, called to Hardrick’s resident about 6:30 a.m., found smoke coming from the brick duplex and Hardrick’s body on a burned mattress. An 18-year-old woman escaped the blaze. Kansas City authorities arrested Foster at 10:50 a.m. at an auto rental agency at KCI. Iola Police Chief Walt Kuykendall said Foster formerly lived in Iola and is the father of Hardrick’s son. He was in Iola returning the child from a visit in Florida, but Kuykendall said the boy was with relatives at the time of the murder. Is this the person you guys are talking about?? __________________ "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt"-Abe Lincoln

Yes, this is the guy. Is it a coincidence they have the same name? Last edited by 17dd boy; 2006-05-01 at 11:16.

I would think so. I mean considering the guy is in Kansas City and it says he is a floridian and you are in PA possibly. But it did mention he was busted at a rental car place. Who knows! __________________ "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt"-Abe Lincoln

This is the guy from ERAC. I found out from a friend that ERAC never did a background check on him and he was hired without even a college degree.

Good stuff. At least he didn't go "rental" while he was still at ERAC and go kill a bunch of people. __________________ "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt"-Abe Lincoln

I used to date him. He does have a college degree. He actually grew up in Philly and moved to Florida right before he finished high school. Yes this did happen. But I'm not sure if he was working for ERAC at the time that all of this happened since I hadn't spoken to him in a couple years.
