17DD Area H

Area H is going down hill!!! Everyone should quit and Brian M should be fired. He lost major dealerships and lost some really great employees! He is holding back trainees that are completely qualified from taking thier MQI b/c he doesn't want to "lose them" from his area. THats selfish and he's an idiot! Fuck Enterprise everyone know what you are doing and you are gonna get suied one day. When that day happens... I will just LAUGH! HHAHAHAHAHHAHA lol!

Coming from an ex Area H employee, The area has under performed long before Mcfadyen got there. It has long been a tough area to be sucessful in. Do i feel hes a great Area Manager........no but some of the above comments are way to harsh!

what dealerships did they lose. I thought they ran everything

Wow, i guess you never worked for him. I did work in area H before going to another area and I can tell you that there is nothing he wouldnt do for his employees and theywouldnt do for him. Who did he loose that was any good anyway? LR-sucked, BS-should have thrown in the towel long ago, and AO-cried too much. Also, from what I hear, Jamme pulled ERAC out of Sussman b/c he didnt want to buy a ton of honda's, which is what HLE offered.

its so funny cause i know who wrote the last comment yesterday. unknown 111 is talking way too much smack. I am a former erac/bmac area employee and he was a nice guy but a not a good ARM. period. In addition its not healthy to use initials and call people out like that it just might come back to haunt you big guy. You will eventually fail and are definetly replaceable! All of the people you have used initials on where good people who would kill themselves for erac and got screwed. Keep drinking the coolade! More to follow.
