If this is the D I think it is, hope your doing well. Things are going GREAT with my new job. Hours are great, it's like working 1/2 days. Pay and Benes are even better. Hope all are well.

Kevin Knight basically just got a promotion. They snatched one of Gio's branches(17e5) from him and gave it to K.K. What a slap in the face for Gio. You been with the company 13yrs, and let some young kid who been with the company for 5yrs take money out your paycheck.

Funny thing how you mind is clouded by the bs you were fead all the years you worked there. You remember the old days when the customers and the employees counted more that making a better profit that the following year. This is the reason this region is turning to shit. Some mission statement, I believe the upper management forget even the way it is written. Before you praise the high and mighty Mr Knight, know your facts. I had the highest fleet growth that office ever saw, top 3 in all but one month of my tenure and kept my employees from walking out the door and had my asst get promoted....but erac promotion bs is just a latteral movement and more travel time. So before Knight is knighted as a great area manager know the facts. The one who spent 7 1/2 years there and was told to turn the office around in just three months or take a walk...F'm I am finally getting paid what I deserve for the hours I put in and oh yeh I work for what erac fears the most....THE UNION. Mark, Great for you! I don't think anyone in erac really knows what they're worth outside of E-Shit until they get the shit-can like you did. It's a shame it took you that long to get out. Go Union!

As for Knight...unfortunately a dou-bag. I was the first person to stick up for kev anytime something bad was said about him b/c at one time he was one of the good ones. (side note:kev's promotion to area manager was b/c of franky "fingers", not b/c of the slick hair jer-off in area g. F U barbie bitch!) But kev got lost in the sea of his own shit. And regardless of him trying to act as if he still has a piece of his soul, bottom line is that he is controlled by GG and now he's stuck. F him then.
