New Fires/Quits

I would love to see how many people out there will miss that B***C. I worked with her to for 7 months and you know how many times she sat down and trained with me? 0 So don't tell me that she was a great employee. The only reason she did not get fired was because GG was scared to get rid of a black female because he remembers what happened last time he did it. If there are any other thoughts out there both negative and positive please let me know.

I worked with her also and I can say that she is not good nor is she horrible,but she should not be employed. There are MANY other people that were better that got fired or "pushed out" than her. My opinion is that I don't fault anyone that loves kids and has a family and she is a good person,but it seems like she does get pregnant when the bad numbers are out and she is next to get canned. AND YES, the little pint size man or the woman that he is, is afraid to fire her for the above statement!!!!! They don't want to get "sued" over the EOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember when it took them years to get rid of Deb Nelson. Lets see who has been fired since. Bob B., Kevin W., Sean C., Tasha quit before they could fire her but she was on her way out. Anyone else out there that I am forgetting. I think someone needs to have a little talk with GG soon.

Bob B, Kevin W, were good employees who got shafted. Covington F'd up, its that simple. Deb Nelson was a joke. She failed her MQI and threatened a discrimination lawsuit than passed the next day. She does not deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as Bob B or Kevin W. While I cannot confirm that either Bob B or Kevin W were victims of overt racism. I do know that Greg Genevro did not wan't Kevin W as an Area Manager because he refered to people as Bubba. He also considred his mannerisms unprofessional. Read between the lines "He was too Black" ERAC IS A CULT, IT STARTS WITH ANDY TAYLOR AND WITHERS ITS WAY DOWN MANAGEMENT. EVERYONE IS EXPECTED TO LOOK THE SAME, TALK THE SAME, ACT THE SAME AND DRESS THE SAME! ITS DISCRIMINATION, ITS JUST NOT OVERT. Oh yeah, heres an example of what i'm talking about. When Bobby Keyes was RVP of 17EE he had an unhealthy need to use the word FOLKS in every sentence he uttered. As a result, every area manager and every corporate suck ass used the same term when reffering to employees. Example Area manager ms01 would start "Folks, we need to......" When Greg came his word of choice was GANG. If you were around at that time you would have noticed that same Area Manager's ms01 would start "Gang, we need to....." Get It. People are sheep!!!!!!!!!!

If they suck, then how did they become managers in the first place? Its because the system sucks. I would just like to point out that every manager at ERAC sucks! How else can you explain the revolving door of Branch Managers.

All those managers were GREAT!! Don't know how you figured they were not good manager. K.Ware was with the company for like 7-8 years , as well as Tasha. ERAC is similar to the government. They just aren't ready for "certain" things. I don't care what anyone says. Any one of those managers would have been great area managers. Bobby K. or GG are not ready to answer to...(let me shut my mouth). But, so what K.Ware called people Bubba. GG says "gang" and "folks" in every damn correspondence he sends out. Does his vocabulary contain any other words. And hell, ERAC is everything that a cult is defined as. The words, the dress code, the meetings, the terms, the slang, the backstabbing. You shouldn't speak your mind, how dare you look for a new job, how dare you do this, do that. This company is....(sighing)....(shaking head)....

Why are people hating on Jill? I think that she was a great manager. I worked with her for a year and a half and honestly she was the best manager I've had. She can't help it if she's not a fake ass bitch like some people here at enterprise. She likes to speak her mind and if people can't handle that, oh well. The person that worked with her for 7 months ( I think I know who you are), I don't think that anyone has the patience to train you.

Add the Asst Manager from 33 (I think it's 33) to the quits list. Congrat AH and good luck!
