Nicole was too good for ERAC and she knew it....guess that's why she left. I loved how GG told her she would not succeed outside of ERAC....there is no such thing as success there....they just wait for you to have a false sense of security and then they stab you in the back!!! It has happened to way too many people.

You're helping a mutual friend get out of that hellhole as we speak. I'm so good looking and charming I can't believe you don't remember me... LOL |

You know what's hilarious? When filling out a job application - 9 times out of 10, when you go to fill out your supervisors name...your area manager and/or branch manager are no longer with the company. So, when the new company calls to speak to that person to confirm that you worked there, THEY don't even work there anymore either!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That probably baffles the hell outta the new company that not only are they calling to confirm the dates that you worked there....but they can't even reach your boss because they have quit as well!!! LOLOLOL Pick Enterprise...We'll Scew you Over The conversation goes something like this.... New Company HR Dpt: "Hello...this is John Smith from XYZ Company. Can we speak to (whoever you're branch manager was)? Jill Carlin: "They no longer work for the company, is it something that I can help you with?" New company HR Dpt:" Well, may I speak to (the branch manager)?" Jill Carlin: "I'm sorry...they no longer work for the company either. I'm sure I can answer any questions you may have regarding current or past employees." New Company HR Dpt: "Well Ms. Carlin, a current new hire has listed 3 of their supervisors as contact with Enterprise Rent a Car". Jill Carlin: I apologize. All of those individuals are no longer with the company. INTERPRETATION------------They all are smarter and better than this company and got the hell out so they could live a normal life that involves friends and family outside of Enterprise.

Matt Thomson never smoked up in any branches, if you knew him or anything about him you would know that. Stick to making comments about people you know are jerks, not the nice people that got stuck working in a crappy job just like you did.

Its quite pathethic!!! If you are making peanuts and been with the company past a year or two - you sorta deserve how they treat you. If you forgot, you DO have a college degree. If you only have a high school degree, then maybe you better stick it out. But, if you have a college degree and you continue to accept 11.25/hr then puleeze don't complain. You either know your worth or you dont.

Ah, the “wonderful” memories that came flooding back to me upon reading this and other threads. Please, if you are reading this and unhappy working for this slave-driving company, don’t be afraid to walk away. Better things are out there. For a company that goes to extreme lengths to ensure their customers are “completely satisfied” it is interesting how they can’t even come close to attaining the same standards for their own employees. I guess that’s why their retention levels are always in the gutter, at least when I was there a few years ago. See the light and leave! Best wishes, Former BM/Current Happy Camper!
