I will always tell people what a poorly managed company ERAC is and I would never suggest anyone work there. ERAC has lost alot of amazing people and they are so stupid they don't even know it. Best of luck with your business and for anyone that still works at ERAC get out while you can because ERAC turns good people into backstabbing evil people!

Yours is one of the best postings I have read on this website. Remarkable how some people do get their message across without using the "F" word .. thank you for a clean, well written posting !!!!!! Don't say "wasted 5 years" with erac ... because what you have learned is what you DON'T want and good for you, have found greener pastures elsewhere, like me, after I spent 10 months at erac, worked my blessed assurance off for this company .... but like you, have learned what I DON'T want.

I feel bad for all the youngens who don't enough guts to kick erac in the ^$% and get the h.... out ...

GOOD LUCK TO YOU :) :):)

So funny. And to top it all off, ERAC just let the bitch go...they had the cops give her a ride home without pressing charges. You know...customer service. Who gives a shit if some beast attacked an employee...that beast might tell her unemployed friend with bad credit not to rent from erac the next time they need a new ride to move drugs out the trunk. KF sucks though. Anyone ever see the nasty burn scar on her leg from when she tripped over a grill with her zombie erac pals in the parking lot before a Phillies game? Haha.
I know I'm late on this one, but KF and others TRIED to press charges. The cops knew the woman and wouldn't accept the report. They told her if she wanted to press charges, she'd have to come to the station and do it in person, that they wouldn't take the report there. They had the video evidence and everything, but the cops knew the woman and declined. So, don't blame ERAC on this one. I'd like to know, though, why KF went from 1758 manager to Car Sales. Isn't that a demotion? And, IB going from Area Manager to remarketing - I got the impression he just hated being an AM.

shit dude - I hated working in that dump too.......

KF and IB needed a change/break to clear their heads and fill their resumes with something a future employer might be looking for - asides from washing cars, repos from crackheads, and asswhoppin's from welfare/foodstamp gorillas

The heat was coming down on IB because everybody was quitting plus he was turned down for promotions including 1 that would of sent him to St. Louis. DP from 34 took over the mess that was made by him and MB. Most of the offices is getting run into the ground

To the person who said that KF going to Car Sales was a demotion: you clearly don't know what the *uck you are taking about. You have no *ucking clue when it comes to the first thing about Car Sales. Car Sales is a level two position that comes with a company car, higher pay, better hours, no stress and tons of flexibility. Let me think of the last time that I had to go into work at 7 am to open an office, or I had to miss an appointment because there was a pop fly at a dealership, oh yeah that was only when I worked in rental. Now I go into work at 9 or later and can leave whenever I need to if I have an appointment. When it snows, we open our offices late and we have someone else dig our cars out. When was the last time one of your branches won any Exceptional Achievement Awards? We win multiple each year. We are one of the best Car Sales divisions in the country. We have other groups asking us for our trade secrets. Have you ever had someone from another state call you to find out exactly why you are so successful? From all of these other posts, it sure seems like you guys can't get your shit together. Car Sales and Rental are sooooooooooo completely different from each other, we might as well be working at different companies.

And just so you know, going to Car Sales as an AE (our lowest position) is equal to a branch manager. You would know that if you ever paid attention in a training class or read your company handbook. So before you trash a department you know nothing about and look like an *sshole, you might want to do some research.

to the retard that thinks car sales is a step up....

it is where they put the non-functioning to die... they wither away --- how many Area Managers or GM's come from car sales?

you retard - in group 57 and 24 people (Asst mgr or BM) who get nailed with DUI's and they want to keep go to car sales --- all the asst manager burn outs go to car sales-- and then they just go away after they finally see no future

go bleed green elsewhere you ERAC brainwashed assclown

nothing good comes from going there - those people just pass the time until they leave for a real company

First of all I don't bleed green. I know that rental is one fucked up division. Second, again you don't know what you are talking about. Maybe that is the case in group 57 and group 24, not here in 17. Maybe why their groups aren't so profitable. We don't want people who have had DUI's. We want people who are going to be successful. We are interested in making money, not saving the job of someone from rental that got a DUI. So why don't you go back to working 60 hours a week, for minimum wage and no real future. I will continue to work 40 hours a week for 70k a year. Don't believe me, I will fax you my W2. We have had many Area Managers come to work in GP 17 Car Sales. When the come, they have to start at our lowest position and work their way up. Again, Rental has absolutely nothing to do with Car Sales. Just so you know, Car Sales has three times the retention rate as rental. So we clearly don't come here until we find other jobs. If you actually had a conversation with anyone in Car Sales you would know that most of us have been in Car Sales alone for 5+ years.

So at the end of the day, all I am saying is know your facts before you comment about another division. You clearly don't work in GP 17 Car Sales.

To me it seams like you need to grow a set and leave the company if you are so un-happy.
