Folks,
It's Friday and I think the sun is going to come out today and a lot of customer will be coming in our doors! We have plenty of cars so keeping booking deals! What a great chance to have some fun and sell! We had 7 people yesterday do just that, here they are:

We need to finish this month strong to start off July on the right foot! Friday presents a chance to help our retail customers, this a segment where we really need to improve. Please remember to be interactive with them and flexible as well.

Polo Fridays? Are you serious? Thank God I got the Hell out of there recently before this hit. Wow, you mean I can put all that money I spent on years of college to work by sweating my ass off washing cars in a suit and t- but wait! I get to wear a collared shirt now every Friday! THANK YOU CULT LEADERS!!! Looking like a massive tool every Friday sure beats washing cars in a suit.

I am sure this is a GG idea that was acting like it was a massive reward/decision on his end, when in reality it came down from BK, who acted like it was a massive treat to his 4 regions, when in reality it came from... and the pyramid goes on and on.

While looking at those pictures I had chills run down my spin. I can't believe that was really me just a short few months ago. Life changes so much when you leave this company and use your degree for a real CAREER.

FYI ERAC - most companies ALWAYS have casual Fridays, where you don't even have to sport the cult colors. ERAC takes so much away from their employees then acts like it is a huge reward when they throw you some tiny pieces back. "Flexing is a privilege." hahaha The majority of companies that implement flex time have rules to make sure their employees get their own time back for working the extra hours (beyond what their job entails, be it 40, 50, etc). ERAC is a joke.

You gotta love in this picture the little sheet of paper on the computer monitor that says "WOW Factor." Well now that I'm a customer I can't see you "wow-ing" me into a P.O.S. car with a shit load of stains and some funky stank unless it's a brand new lux for $9.99 which we all know that rarely happens(but if it does, chances are that manager will be fired soon for having great ESQI but crappy income).

If you want to wow me, just stick Jill in the corner with boxes of twinkies and have her eat a half of a box for every minute I am watching her while my stained, dog haired car is getting washed. And/Or you can have "U-coke nose-gan" snort the filling out of the middle of the twinkie and I can watch him shake and convulse on the ground from his sugar high. That would make me go "WOW."

Can anyone varify who's area this is? If it's d-ISH-es then "WoW" could also mean "WOW, he is looking like a cartoon character from the Simpsons with every passing day." Where's your pin-striped suit, o Area Godfather? (O, and I really miss your hate mail)

Or, in addition to "Polo Fridays" for the hard working ERACers, being that EE's ESQI is in the pooper, WOW could mean Whip it Out Wednesday..."go the extra mile to make your customers smile!"
