WHERE R THEY NOW?

This website cracks me up because it brings back a flood of memories of such frustration and misery when I worked at ERAC. That being said, I am so happy I had the experience, really. I am a business development director with a fabulous company and have great employees. I have been out of the ERAC life for 3 years-the values of hardwork and perserverance I learned at ERAC were vital to the success I have had. In fact, when I am hiring in employees I love hiring ex-enterprise employees who in hindsight understand what they learned there. Do I miss washing cars in heals and a suit? NO. Do I miss getting oggled by nasty body shop guys? NO. But, there are times that reminiscing about working at ERAC is fun. After a year with the company, I knew it was not my career path. So, I figured out what I was best at and enjoyed most and focused on that to build a nice foundation to take to interviews with companies I did see a myself making into a career home. All of you that are miserable, I feel you, been there for sure. But, make sure you get what you need to get out of this experience and take it to get off your ass and make some happiness in your career and life.

When Hardesty got ARM Chadwick moved from 10 to 12 (Westminster)

Ann was running 1888 (the new Progressive claims center) for a while, but has left the company now.

Of course Treese went to Pharm sales.....everyone does and I guess that is a good move for Chadwick.....maybe....1810 sux as far as pleasing all of those douche bag dealership customers and Geico claims center asswipes. Mark Hudson finally left 1802....hopefully he is happy...he seemed like a good dude and anyone who had a hot chick for a car prep is money in my book (Carlos probably did the hiring).
