How did you get online? Anyways, I would say you are on the money unless you prefer being micromanaged and yelled at all while having a shit ESQI. The managers you want to watch out for are the ones with the consistently low ESQI (BMcV is one) and that is usually a sign that people don't like the ARM or the BRM. The good ARMs that will teach you are Britt, Heuser, Ted, Mike M and Ron T. I am not too familiar with the other ones but I know these guys and they are good. Are you in management yet? If not then good luck!

I used to work for RT-he was a great area manager! I hope he is doing good. He was the only ARM I ever saw that would jump in and help out doing anything, moving cars, washing cars, writing contracts, etc...
If any of you still work at ERAC I would try to work for him!

Britt is the best of the group---he is the only one that actually gave a damn about you and wanted to see you get promoted....

Britt is a good guy. My friend used to work for him at the airport and says he was a good guy. He also smokes like a fiend!

all the AM suck - thats why they are happy when their retention is only at 65% cause no one wants to work for them
