Also, if you "needed" to know then you would. The only people that need to know what happened are Corporate, Molitor, Arney and Oelzen. Otherwise your just trying to get the scoop to bring back to your office and think yourself cool. I am sure the GP18 rumor-mill has already started spewing out it's nonsense and I will admit I used to be the one who would buy into that "gossip" shit but I would at least get facts before saying anything.

Dude are you friends with this guy or something? Why are you getting so bent out of shape about this. Speaking of facts, I am not trying to start anything. I am just trying to determine if this is true or not. I am not accusing anyone or starting anything I just want to get the facts as you put it.

Tucker, what I meant by needed to know, is I wanted to know if it was true first off and secondly if it was I wanted to get more details about what actually occurred. All of which is for personal reasons outside of anything being handled at Enterprise.

Well hopefully if the facts are out there (I have heard rumors and rumblings) then no one will post it on this site or in this forum. If your outside reason relates to the situation (if the rumors are true) then I feel for you. I wasn't getting bent out of shape but this situation if true could be really bad for several parties and there is no point in having this website be a catalyst for something drastic if things get posted and aren't true.

Men all over he company should be digging this up to cover their own ass. I have been in numerous offices and they are all sess pools. Who knows the details. Maybe she had buyers remorse. Maybe he was a creep and left a message on her voice mail like Scott VanPelt did. We may never know. I just want to know the truth so I dont try and bang the wrong chick in the future. If I were a betting man I would say he got screwed. But I am also smart enough to know that when you have power, you cant put yourself in those positions. Personally I know only the details I have seen on here, but that does not make me want them any less, because we have all flirted with people we work with. Most of the time it is harmless, but if there is someone out there for sure, who has a propensity to get people fired, I would sure like to know about it. Not to say the female did that, but I think as males, all of our survival instincts kick in in this type of situation. To me it is not about gossip, it is about gaining intel about the war zone males walk into at work every day. Some of us are rediculously good looking, we could get trapped in a heart beat.

You want the truth so you don't bang the wrong chick in the future? That is lame. Some of us are rIdiculously good looking; we could get trapped in a heartbeat. So the ridiculously good looking can't spell nor can they realize not to sh** where they eat. I have an idea. Don't sleep with chicks you work with, for or who work for you. How does that sound? Now of course I married the girl I hooked up with at ERAC but we also were friends for a while before hand and she transferred branches as soon as I became an assistant so I was smart about my in-house activities but if you are able to work RALPH then you should be able to figure out not to "bang" chicks you work with especially if you have power. As many Sexual Harassment classes we took at ERAC you would think people would know that. Not sure what happened with Oelzen but if what people are saying is true then that is a problem. Here is my advice:

Don't bang someone lower than you on the ERAC food chain.
Don't bang someone that everyone else at ERAC has.
Don't bang someone at work, near work, during work hours or even in a work vehicle.
Don't bang someone from ERAC period unless you know for a fact that they aren't psycho, married or out looking for some money.

Exactly so then why would you (if this is the same person) need advice about who and who not to bang at work. I just find that line of reasoning lame. You can graduate from college and make it through a 3 tier interview process butyou can't figure out not to sleep with someone you work with. The human mind baffles me.
