Delaney was an overpaid car prep and that's a stretch seeing as how he didn't know what a clean car looked like. Shouldn't offend the car preps like that......... that was a resignation the ARM should have taken a $2000 hit for. Should have been fired way before that.

Yeah he must have sucked, was top 5 12 months in a row. Maybe he quit b/c he had to drive 2 hours each way to 25 in his own car for 3 months. Maybe he was making no money because he never had a chance to manage anything when the management kept sticking him in loser situations, like breaking up a good situation and dumping a branch like 16 in the crapper.
I am so glad that this part of my life is over. It is so nice to have some time for myself. I am glad to be out of the shit-hole that is the eastern shore.

Maybe you should realize that the only shit you are walking through is the mountain of crap that you created. Blaming someone else for your problems is your lack of dignity and maturity shining through. Try putting your own balls on the line and recognize that you make your own path instead of blaming someone else for making a detour around your previous fuck ups. Holy shit, imagine if you then had to apologize to customers and employees how bad someone else fucked up and have to become responsible for it all!
