Is Pasarell still the ARM? He is a good guy. i wonder why people are bailing out. I know that the branch kinda got screwed when they moved from the last location but are things really that bad?

Bad Mutha Tucka.... you have no idea. Poor decision-making from above; no trust/respect in the ARM...... for good reason. They should probably prepare for a few more exit interviews before it is all said and done. Some of the 'old-timers' in the Area are looking elsewhere from what i hear. The whole Area is a mess right now morale-wise.

Bradley will turn it around. Word has it that they are having a difficult time finding employees to go and that everyone is threatening to quit if they get sent. That's pretty lame but whatever.

pretty lame? do you drive 90 minutes each way to ehell everyday? word on the street is the whole area's about to bail. it should be an interesting fall season if anybody's left by october. i've also heard the morale theory. none of the branches from what i hear get along with each other and nobody trusts the ARM.
