So many people at ERAC are fuckers. BJ, LN, KK in her on way, T. Sluder because I really hate his ass. He has little man syndrome. JA, a true fagott but he has his moments. LT was cool. TS really slipped thru the cracks to become a manager. He knows nothing, does nothing, and supports nothing. But what about the good people FS, KO, MK, KK, JF, DB, JJ, KM, MM, there are a few more. They never get rewarded for their hard work. I think some people should be fired because their illnesses are preventing from properly doing their job. I think some area managers so focus more on their area and retention and less on fucking thier employees and maybe they might became city manager. ERAC really is a good company they just hire some fucked up, arrogant, stupid ass, slefish ass people. Anyone agree?

ERAC really messed up when they hired Eva. She someone who really fell thru the cracks. I pity anyone who works with her. Where does she work now? Oh thats right she got DEMOTED to a branch someone that no one can find.

I agree with your comment, but not about BJ. BJ's a great manager and his people like him. He's loyal to those who are loyal to him. As anyone would be. As for his numbers... he's running 2 city offices. One of which no one ever wants to go to (which is how Lord got hired, he's the only one who put in for the spot). KM's done the best she could. Can you say burnout? TS, that's McVickers doing. BJ inherited that one.

Lord may be arrogant, but he's a cool dude outside of work. He's from NY so what do you expect? And if you got a problem with him say it to him in a respectable manner and you may be surprised with how he takes it. Also a question, why use initials instead of naming names. I've been out for almost a year now and I don't know who you're talking about half of the time.

Lord got married. Congratulations!! __________________ "Try not to become a man of success but a man of value." -Albert Einstein
