On the pro side, there have been three managers promoted out of the 'port within the past year (Blunck to area manager, Stewart & Macko both to branch managers) so it can be good for your career.

On the con side, the commission percentage for assistants at the 'port has dropped - a lot. They don't make the big paychecks they used to.

Is the airport anywhere near as profitable as it used to be before the "consolidated facility"? They drop the percentages based upon the amount of cars in fleet and because who would want to be a BM when you can make much more as an assistant?

Plus, there are five assistants now instead of four. I guess they're trying to spread the same amount of money between more people.

Realistically, KC makes somewhere between $500k and $750k per year.

He does not make anywhere near that type of money. No more than $300K. Just look at the numbers. He is probably paid the lowest out of all of them. Wendler most likely makes the most since he has been in his position for like 20 years.

WRONG! KC makes between 400K and 550K depending on flip. Remember, Wendler's been there the longest, but KC has achieved the most growth in his city because of 1840, so he benefits the most from his payplan %.

Come on! You should know know that in ERAC tenure doesn't mean shit -- it's all about growth and last months #s. I no longer work for ERAC, but even I remember that. Happy renting guys.
