So, Ian finally quit. Nice to know. That area sucks royally. Why anyone would want to work in the ass end of nowhere I don't know. If anyone is thinking of transferring from the western shore, don't. It is better to stay an MA than become an assistant on the shore.

Regarding nobody wanting to help the manager at 1816, walk in her shoes for a day. From what i hear she works 80 hours a week and puts up with having to change the schedule for 3 offices every time the Area Mgr gets a brilliant new idea. Hunger should be promoted to a better store. Why Dawn Fink is still running 65 boggles my mind. How many months of negative everything do you have to have before you get demoted or canned????

All I know is this. When I signed on this bitch I was told MON-FRI 7:15am-6pm and a saturday every now and then. That has turned into NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, SUNDAYS, ALL DAY SATURDAYS......And Im told "if you dont like it, Tough Shit"

---- hey fink is doing good lately. wonder if guignet has anything to do with that. we'll see if he's gets easton, which i doubt because rickey probably will and probably should. driscoll's doing OK. she got stuck with that awful pohanka deal (which is a satelitte about 30 fucking feet from her office). as for the airport, well, it sucks. leave it alone and it would probably be a 50 car store. as is, it's a holding cell for 1816 and will never grow to be anything. as for hunger i have no idea why he's still here. if pass is too fucking dumb to promote him i don't know what to say. but he'll be gone soon enough if they don't give him one of the "big" stores. whoever the "gone in 90 days" guy/girl is -- just leave. the shore is on pace for negative retention anyway. maybe then we'll get some movement. by the way, the inmates comment was hilarious.

First of all.... hmmmm, i wonder if Guignet has anything to do with 65 doing better? Ya think?? My money is on Guignet getting 15. Regarding the ladies at 16, they got a raw deal if you ask me with both that crappy airport and the gazillion dollar satellite right next door. What a great decision by upper mgmt to pay all that money to get Hertz out of Pohanka just to have them even closer right next door with a better location. Brilliant minds at work; gotta love it. Driscoll and Holland are good managers; they get a lot of shit that's not necessarily their faults.

Whatever Driscoll and Holland are cool chicks that know what the hell they are doing. It's not their fault Pass is such a fucking loser that pisses everyone off with his lack of respect for the hard working employees of 18E. You need to give respect in order to get respect. As for Fink- nasty two faced bitch that whines all the time enough said. Maybe they should fire Pass and promote Driscoll as area manager that would open some spots and make 18E happy. i agree the area needs a new arm but i don't think hiring within would solve the problem.

bringing in a fresh leader from outside the shore would work best. all the managers think their current leader is a dipshit, along will all the mt/ma level as well.
