I seem to recall that Pass used to have the top ranked Area in the group. Now all of a sudden his area is shit? Seems to me the main things that would have changed are the people working for him as opposed to his management style (unless someone from Admin who prefers to bang someone other than his wife) has been feeding him what to do and how to do it which is a likely possibility as well. That or Pass has really shit the bed and has fully lost control. Other than Driscoll and Fink it seems like most of the area has fully turned over so what are your excuses. Honestly an Area manager is a figurehead that gets yelled at when the area is doing poorly. If your numbers are so bad you should honestly blame yourselves since I doubt that Pass is writing tickets, cleaning cars, selling waiver or taking returns. No Pass isn't cleaning cars or taking returns, he's just coming to your branch answering the phones booking deals for cars you don't have and then peacing out. Pass has really shit the bed, the whole area has not turned over most the managers have been in 18E for 3 plus years. Some branches are doing okay number wise, it's the level of trust and respect that has gone to shit, and it's every man for themselve.

yeah, I guess we keep signing leases for $2k a month to be in body shops that hold 7 cars. and by the way, yeah, we keep paying the 2k/month and comp the body shop high school flunkies 25 days a month. and yeah, we agreed to move into the closet which is now in easton. and yeah, we lie to everybody who interviews about which store they are ACTUALLY going to work at. and yeah, we work 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every day. and yeah, we write off everything.

Dude, at least Pass is trying to grow the business by opening these satellites.Sometimes you gotta look at the big picture and not the short term. That may be a little too complex a thought for some of you college graduates. They opened 15 and 16 so you gotta give them some credit for trying to appease all of the bitchers and moaners out there. Of course, the bitchers and moaners will just find something else to bitch and moan about. Good riddance to them. You'll just bitch and moan about how bad your new jobs will suck too.

If you hate your job so much you have to leave work and than bitch about it on the internet on your free time you can do everyone the favor of putting in your 2 weeks tomorrow. The people you are blasting and airing out dirty laundry for are still people who have helped you in some way or another. They are dealing with the same dick head customers and having to listen to shit from managers about there numbers and yours. Those same people have defended your sorry asses to customers and managers before. You aren't perfect and puttin up personal bullshit about someone with out your name is proving your own cowardice.
The teamwork is gone but if you hate it so much and won't leave, try to make it better instead of picking on everyone. If that's too tough, find a hobby AND a new job. You would be doing everyone a favor you already owe them.
